We are pleased to inform you that the project kick-off meeting was held on February 26, 2023. During the seminar, the Italian research findings within the framework of the applied approach were presented. The seminar was held on the MS Teams platform. The following issues appeared on the agenda of the meeting (in the order of speeches):
- “Remarks on Constitutive Rules: Can Constitutive Rules Be Helpful for Procedural Lawyers” presented by Prof. Corrado Roversi
- “Understanding Subjective Sitiations of Power, Duty, and Faculty in the Italian Criminal Trial: Implications for Validity and Compliance” presented by Prof. Francesco Caprioli.
